Key Account Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Professional to drive growth and deliver outstanding customer engagement across a major account.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing key relationships across omnichannel Pet Specialty Retail to strengthen market presence and performance.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotional and marketing initiatives, to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Presentation of new product developments (NPD) and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners.
  • Negotiation and management of trading terms as part of annual strategic planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews with key accounts, analysis of trends, and adjustment of strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

A degree in Commerce or a related field is essential. Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management across both offline and online specialist retail channels is required. Strong project management capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, are also necessary.
