Job Title: Key Account Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND OBJECTIVES
- IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH PROACTIVE LEAD GENERATION AND COLD CALLING
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software sales
- Strong understanding of the Financial Services, Retail, Leisure, utilities and Travel verticals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
