Job Title: Strategic Healthcare Projects Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Healthcare Projects Director to lead strategic healthcare projects that enhance care delivery and improve patient outcomes. The successful applicant will work independently within the hospital site or district-wide service, and work directly with senior leadership teams within their assigned locations.

About the Role
  • The Strategic Healthcare Projects Director is responsible for leading and managing priority projects across all phases of the project lifespan.
  • Experience in leading quality improvement projects at the hospital or District level, analysing large patient datasets, demonstrated understanding of hospital revenue/funding and operational aspects of service delivery will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage priority projects across all phases of the project lifespan.
  • Provide ongoing advice and guidance to local project teams around the project management, implementation and reporting requirements for key strategic projects.
  • Work independently within the hospital site or district-wide service, and work directly with senior leadership teams within their assigned locations.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled project manager with experience in leading priority projects.
  • Strong experience in independently running projects at the hospital level, managing stakeholders and implementing sustainable changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
