About the Role:
  • Strategically lead commercial functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies, driving growth and profitability.
  • Mentor and guide junior commercial staff, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery and budget management.
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar.
  • 8-10+ years' experience in commercial management within construction or fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and project financials.
  • Excellent negotiation, client liaison, and communication skills.
