Job Opportunity:
">- A seasoned Commercial Director to drive strategic growth and success in our organisation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to join our leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for protecting our commercial interests by ensuring that our contractual posture is robust and aligned with company policy.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Leading negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reviewing and approving documents to protect our commercial position and ensure adherence to company policy.
- Advising management on contractual rights and obligations, providing interpretation of terms and conditions, and mitigating risks.
- Participating in the sales cycle, including commercial and contractual pre-sales support, tender requirement review, and input.
- Guiding and advising subordinates within established company policies to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
- Establishing and maintaining systems for measuring operational management and development across the division.
Requirements:
">- Extensive knowledge of contract management principles and best practices.
- Deep understanding of business and technology strategies.
- Strong strategic background with the ability to grasp the big picture.
- Understanding of technical infrastructure projects and related technology dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience in account management disciplines.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including finance management practices.
- 10+ years of senior commercial and contract management experience in a complex managed services environment.
- Proven skills in managing people and teams.
- Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.
- Proven negotiating skills with the aptitude to ensure win/win situations for all parties.
