Senior Commercial Director Role

We are seeking an experienced commercial director to lead our team.

  • Cultivate and manage strategic commercial functions across multiple projects.
  • Oversee contractual agreements, procurement processes, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, delivery, and budget.
  • Provide commercial insights to support decision-making and business strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior commercial staff.
About You:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as construction management or quantity surveying.
  • 8–10+ years' experience in commercial management within construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and project financials.
  • Excellent negotiation, client liaison, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on detail.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and commercially astute.
