Lead Depot Operations in Tasmania

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Operations Supervisor to lead our depot in Hobart - Tasmania.

This role will involve handling incoming reservations and check-ins/check-outs, maintaining the fleet of campervans, and ensuring they are in top condition. You will also be responsible for assisting with training, supervising, and coaching your team.

Additionally, you will book activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services. Handling complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations is also an essential part of this role.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car, and a valid driver's license. They must also be available to work weekends and national holidays.

Responsibility and a serious approach to work are crucial in this role, as well as good problem-solving skills and organization.
