The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a depot supervisor. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining the fleet of campervans, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming reservations and welcome guests
- Maintain the fleet of campervans in top condition
- Assist in training, supervising, and coaching team members
- Manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations
- Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
- Eligible to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and willingness to drive a campervan
- Availability to work weekends and national holidays
- Responsibility and ability to take work seriously
