Campervan Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hobart depot.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservations, welcome guests, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain our campervan fleet in excellent condition by monitoring maintenance and repairs.
- Train, supervise, and coach team members to achieve exceptional performance.
- Manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services to optimize efficiency.
- Address customer complaints, emergencies, and local issues to maintain seamless operations.
- Prepare and clean campervans for hire.
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing them for potential buyers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car. Excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan are essential.
You will be responsible for ensuring high standards, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and promoting a positive team culture.
