Sales Planning Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Group Enablement team, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in delivering baseline and promotional sales forecasts, predicting customer purchasing behaviors, and collaborating with suppliers and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting strategies to improve accuracy and inform business decisions
  • Lead a team of analysts in delivering high-quality sales forecasts and reports
  • Collaborate with suppliers and commercial teams to drive sales growth and improve category performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in sales planning or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with sales forecasting tools and technologies, including advanced systems and analytical tools
