Senior Sales Planning Manager

Hasbro is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage the development and execution of our planning processes across sales forecasting, promotions planning, channel strategy, route to market strategy, new launch planning, and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning:

  • Lead the development of sales plans at the brand, channel, and SKU levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales plans are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and track progress throughout the year.

Sales Forecasting & Inventory Planning:

  • Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with the Channel Leads & Marketing team.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance against targets.

Promotions Planning:

  • Plan sales promotions across channels with channel leads to drive Sell out and Sell In plans.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.

Channel Strategy:

  • Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize sales and distribution.

Route to Market Strategy:

  • Design and implement route to market strategies to ensure efficient product distribution.

New Launch Planning:

  • Anchor the planning and execution of new product launches.

Leadership:

  • Demonstrate leadership maturity and lead cross-functional departments within the Hasbro business.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 8+ years of Channel Sales Management / Trade Marketing / Sales development experience in consumer goods industry.

Skills:

  • Strategic mindset that can translate into clear execution plans.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting, sales planning, promotions planning, channel strategy, route to market strategy, new launch planning and inventory planning.

Education:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing preferred.
