About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Gases Coordinator to join our team at Air Liquide. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating enquiries and quotations for custom gas mixtures and non-standard gas requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stock control, including raw materials and cylinder management, to meet production needs
  • Coordinate the creation of quotations for overseas sourced products as well as establishing new supply chains when relevant
  • Ensure timely response to customer and internal queries, including processing invoices and managing day-to-day general administrative tasks
  • Work closely with external suppliers to coordinate availability and retesting of materials
  • Oversee despatch of goods from the Speciality Gases Department to the regions in the Pacific
Requirements
  • Prior experience in industrial gas, laboratory technician roles, customer service, supply chain, or a similar field
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in stock control and inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance within a logistics/transport environment
