Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sustainability Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role will provide strategic guidance to brands and business units on sustainable fibre, materials, and product design strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sustainable product strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs for Country Road Group.
  • Providing advisory support to brands and business units for sustainable product development, including sourcing and standards.
  • Coordinating and managing group-wide projects and pilots related to product sustainability and circularity initiatives.
  • Monitoring industry, media, and regulatory developments, including certification program revisions, and advising Country Road Group on strategic direction.
  • Developing resources and facilitating education on sustainable products and claims.
Key Accountabilities

As a key member of our team, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Support the development of product strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs for Country Road Group.
  • Advise brands and business units on sustainable product development.
  • Coordinate group-wide projects and pilots on product sustainability and circularity.
  • Monitor industry, media, and regulatory developments.
  • Develop resources and facilitate education on sustainable products and claims.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
