We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Consultant to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Paid Digital strategy for key channel clients.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
  • Oversee the execution of Paid Digital strategy for key channel clients within the specified timeframe.
  • Be accountable for implementing and advancing Account Development Plans (ADPs) to ensure the continued growth and success of OMG.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and Head of Performance to drive strategic enhancements in OMG's SEM service offering and refine our agency's technical best practices.
  • Handle end-to-end campaign management with Best practice campaign set-up and optimisations.
  • Strive to deliver exceptional communication both internally and externally, meeting high client service standards for each individual client and overall.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PPC, Paid Search ads, (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
  • Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management
