Position Overview:

The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the CFO of the Pacific region by providing data-driven insights and decision-making support to department heads. This encompasses the preparation of monthly variance analyses, forecasts, and the coordination of the annual budget, along with delivering monthly reports to the finance team within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist the CFO in managing the annual budgeting process and delivering ongoing forecasts, while ensuring accurate financial performance reporting across various cost and revenue centers.
  • Financial Insights: Collaborate with the CFO to track business performance, revenue, and cost trends, offering actionable financial insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate monthly performance reports for the finance team and oversee compliance with global financial reporting standards.
  • Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain advanced financial models to enhance forecasting accuracy and assist in business decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor by delivering timely and relevant financial insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in financial performance management.
  • Experience with financial software such as SAP and TM1; familiarity with BFC is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in finance.

  • Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety, information security, and confidentiality.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues related to financial data integrity promptly.
