Role Overview:

The Finance Business Partner is integral in providing insightful, data-driven support to the CFO of the Pacific region. This role involves the preparation of monthly variance analyses, forecasting, orchestrating the annual budget, and delivering timely financial reports to the APAC Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the coordination of annual budgets and the delivery of monthly forecasts, ensuring accurate financial performance reporting across various cost and revenue centers.
  • Financial Insights: Collaborate with the CFO to monitor business trends, offering actionable financial insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide monthly performance reports to the APAC team, ensuring compliance with global finance standards.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain advanced financial models to enhance forecasting accuracy and support decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor by delivering timely and relevant financial insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in financial performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software such as SAP and TM1.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in finance (CA/CPA).
