Position Overview:
The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the CFO of the Pacific region by providing data-driven insights and decision-making support to various functional leaders. Responsibilities include producing monthly variance analyses, developing forecasts, coordinating the annual budgeting process, and delivering timely monthly reports to the APAC Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist the CFO in the annual budgeting process and the preparation of monthly rolling forecasts, along with financial performance reporting for various cost and revenue centers.
- Financial Insights: Collaborate with the CFO to analyze business, revenue, and cost trends, offering actionable financial insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Performance Reporting: Ensure timely delivery of monthly performance reports to the APAC team and manage data uploads to ensure compliance with Global/APAC Finance standards.
- Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analysis tools to improve forecasting and budgeting accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor by providing relevant and timely financial insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen and financial performance management experience.
- Proficient in SAP and TM1; experience with BFC is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deliverables.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance (CA/CPA).
Compliance and Security:
- Adhere to all company policies regarding health and safety, information security, and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify and report any hazards or incidents.
