We are seeking a talented and experienced Culinary Operations Director to oversee all culinary operations for conference and event spaces. This role will focus on elevating the culinary journey at our conference & events operations.

Culinary Operations Director (Conference & Events)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all culinary operations for conference and event spaces
  • Manage menu development, pricing, tracking and ordering
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost management, and compliance
  • Design and implement creative, seasonal, and tailored menus that align with client needs and brand standards
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements include 6-8 years' experience in the culinary industry, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hotels, high-end catering, or large-scale event venues. A strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, local health regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
