Role Overview

This is a highly visible and senior leadership position within an airline, responsible for leading the design and delivery of end-to-end dining and hospitality experiences across lounges, inflight cabins, and key service touchpoints.

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive innovation and excellence in customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, including menu development, supplier partnerships, and budget planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage strategy, hospitality, airline catering, or related industries, with at least 5 years of experience in an airline environment. A tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline is also desirable.

  • Define the culinary vision and lead menu innovation to ensure a premium, consistent offering that aligns with the airline's brand.
  • Manage supplier and chef partnerships to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, including Service Delivery, Procurement, Lounges, and Cabin Crew.
Requirements
  • 12+ years' experience in food and beverage strategy, hospitality, airline catering, luxury service, or related industries.
  • At least 5 years experience in an airline environment.
  • Proven expertise in strategic product and experience design with a focus on premium culinary and F&B offerings.
  • Passion for customer-led innovation and elevating service experiences through insight and trend forecasting.
