Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience creating IRL thumbnails and using Photoshop, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating various thumbnail styles, from minimalist to elaborate designs.
  • Show strong communication skills and accountability when working with team members, ensuring seamless collaboration.
