As a Creative Strategist, you'll craft detailed briefs for thumbnail designers, analyze YouTube metrics, and stay updated on competitor and successful thumbnails to remain informed on current trends.

You'll utilize Photoshop for touch-ups and final adjustments to thumbnail designs, incorporate current children's trends into thumbnails, and collaborate with the writing department to ensure synergy between thumbnails and video content.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in creating thumbnails and utilizing visual design software
  • Understanding of visual design principles for thumbnails, including composition and color theory
  • A portfolio or previous experience showcasing proficiency in various thumbnail styles
