A Visual Designer is sought after to develop captivating thumbnail concepts for YouTube videos.
- This role entails collaborating with content creators to craft visually appealing thumbnails that meet the branding guidelines of our channel.
- Responsibilities include utilizing graphic design software to create thumbnails optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Image selection from video footage or photoshoots will be enhanced as needed to produce engaging thumbnails.
- The role requires incorporating legible text elements such as titles, captions, and call-to-action phrases into thumbnail designs.
- Designers must also conduct A/B testing of different thumbnail designs to identify optimal performance in terms of click-through rate (CTR) and viewer engagement.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in creating thumbnails and utilizing Photoshop.
- Previous experience in designing high-quality Minecraft builds and visual content.
- Understanding of visual design principles for thumbnails, including composition and color theory.
- Ability to manipulate images in Photoshop to test elements and concepts.
