We're seeking a talented designer to join our team in creating engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, particularly with Photoshop, and be able to replicate the style found in thumbnails from popular creators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with content creators to develop creative concepts for thumbnails that effectively convey the content and message of the video.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts for thumbnails that meet brand standards and engage target audiences.
  • Select compelling images from video footage or photoshoots and enhance them as needed to create eye-catching thumbnails.
  • Incorporate legible text elements into thumbnail designs, including titles, captions, and call-to-action phrases.
  • Evaluate and optimize thumbnail designs based on click-through rate (CTR) and viewer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience creating thumbnails and utilizing graphic design software.
  • Prior experience demonstrating proficiency in creating various thumbnail styles.
  • Strong communication skills and accountability when working with team members.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in thumbnail design and YouTube optimization.
