We're looking for a skilled thumbnail designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating visually engaging thumbnails that effectively convey the content and message of our videos.
Key Responsibilities:- Thumbnail Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts for thumbnails that capture the essence of our content in collaboration with our content creators.
- Visual Optimization: Design thumbnails optimized for various devices and screen sizes using graphic design software.
- Text Integration: Incorporate legible text elements such as titles, captions, and call-to-action phrases into thumbnail designs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with our branding guidelines, including color schemes, fonts, and logo placement.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in thumbnail design and YouTube optimization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in creating thumbnails and using Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including composition and color theory.
- A portfolio showcasing your proficiency in creating various thumbnail styles.
- Excellent communication skills and accountability when working with team members.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes when necessary.
- Flexibility in adjusting to changes in deadlines and creating emergency thumbnails.
