Real Life Thumbnail Designer Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Real Life thumbnail designer to create engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing real-life thumbnails similar to those of popular creators and possess a keen understanding of visual design principles.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality, attention-grabbing real-life thumbnails that align with the channel's style and tone.
  • Collaborate with the packaging team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in thumbnail design.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2+ years of experience in creating IRL thumbnails and using Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application to thumbnail design.
  • A portfolio showcasing your thumbnail design skills, particularly in replicating popular styles.
  • Excellent communication and accountability skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience working with successful creators or influencers.
  • Proficiency in English (though not mandatory).
