Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the rental industry. As a Business Technology Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our state-of-the-art products, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing customer value.

With a unique blend of technical expertise and consultancy experience, you will work autonomously to deliver projects that meet the highest standards. Your passion for IT and delivery will drive success, as you evidence hands-on implementation experience with technology systems. Strong client management skills are essential in this fast-paced environment, where agility and adaptability are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement insphire product suite within given timelines, escalating any slippage.
  • Manage multiple projects or varying scope and size simultaneously.
  • Full implementation life cycle of insphire product suite.
  • Train customers on-site and remotely as determined by project scope.
  • Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor, track, and report delivery activity and project status.
  • Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues to Head of PSG.
  • Utilize correct tools and processes to ensure project success.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Management/Implementation.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project life cycle.
  • Great problem-solving ability.
  • Full driving license required.

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
