About Us

DuPont Sustainable Solutions is not just an operations consulting firm, but a partner in driving transformative changes within organisations. Our passion lies in helping businesses craft resilient and sustainable operations by guiding them through safety, risk, and resilience transformations, as well as their energy transition.

We take the complex world of risk and sustainability and turn it into actionable roadmaps that work with our clients' business goals. We implement these plans side-by-side with our clients to deliver tangible results. Our services fall under three core areas—operational risk management, operational excellence, and sustainability—bolstered by learning, development, and culture change solutions, as well as digital technologies.

Our teams worldwide collaborate with clients across metals and mining, chemicals, oil and gas, power and utilities, agriculture, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing, and private equity sectors. We pride ourselves on combining industry experts with strong people-centric change management capabilities, creating the perfect blend to support our clients from intent to impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant in our ANZ Business who will leverage leadership and consulting skills to enhance client engagement impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to drive positive outcomes in client engagements and develop our service offerings continuously.
  • Collaborate with managers to prepare high-quality proposals that meet client needs.
  • Independently manage end-to-end projects, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses, synthesise large amounts of information, and present clear recommendations to the team.
  • Navigate complex research projects and confidently draw conclusions to inform client-facing decisions.
  • Lead client interactions, including meetings, interviews, and workshops, at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with current trends, pricing, and new technology related to the industry or technical practice.
  • Develop project work plans, progress trackers, and status reports, while identifying project critical paths, risks, mitigation plans, and issues management.
  • Work closely with Senior Subject Matter Experts to deliver and co-deliver workstreams effectively.
