About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires approximately 2 days of office work per week. As a Strategic Business Consultant, you will be responsible for creating detailed user stories, documenting current and future state processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesize information accurately, completely, and coherently.

You will work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs. Additionally, you will raise and support the mitigation and resolution of risks and issues using established tools and frameworks where applicable.

">

You will work closely with squad/project members, including but not limited to Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Developers, Tech Leads, and Business Stakeholders, to identify, capture, plan, and deliver the scope of work.

">

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will have minimum 5 years' business analysis experience from a large organization working on significant transformation programs. A background in the insurance industry is preferable. You must also have minimum 3 years' Agile, Lean, and Waterfall experience, including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and Agile ceremonies facilitation.

">

As a strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management professional, you must be able to translate and understand business and technical requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements. You will possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as a strong team player attitude with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to make a difference.

">

You must also be able to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines while working autonomously.

">
