About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Brisbane Technology Recruitment Team as we drive growth to support our government clients' workforce needs. We're seeking passionate professionals who can connect talent with opportunities and meet the complex needs of valued clients. Using diligent relationship building techniques, you'll grow and evolve your portfolio of clients while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new client opportunities by anticipating and meeting the complex needs of your allocated client portfolio across government in Queensland
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your portfolio
  • Meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards
  • Support the team in client and candidate management activities, including attending meetings and providing market intelligence and advice
  • Provide professional, useful, ethical, and memorable career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients, creating a lasting impression of Davidson
  • Develop, maintain, and practice knowledge of the Davidson hiring methodology
  • Consistently meet set KPIs to drive business development activity as well as service and compliance standards
  • Identify and suggest innovative and cost-efficient candidate attraction and care opportunities
  • Achieve success through integrity, compassion, and a genuine care for others, fostering a safe working environment for all
  • Maintain a positive and balanced outlook with a focus on resilience and wellbeing within a sales environment

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for talented recruitment professionals with a proven track record of securing new business, growing existing relationships, and driving results for our clients.

  • Previous experience in IT recruitment, preferably in government
  • Strong understanding of how to drive sales targets in your allocated portfolio
  • A degree in business or IT is highly regarded
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and hunger for success
  • Resilience, drive, and determination to grow and develop your portfolio
