We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Transformation team as a Director/Senior Director. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our practice, working with a diverse range of clients to deliver on the execution of various engagements.

As a Director/Senior Director, you will collaborate with our clients and internal project teams across the entire company lifecycle in domestic and multinational companies across a variety of industries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing specific deliverables, work streams, and junior staff
  • Leading and delivering successful client engagements in a consulting environment
  • Developing performance improvement projects, assisting with strategy development, and designing organisational structures
  • Conducting merger integration planning and execution
  • Performing industry and company research and assisting in preparing reports and schedules for clients and other parties
  • Leading program management office (PMO) and implementation support roles for special situations engagements
  • Helping mentor and train junior staff, on and off projects, and providing internal thought leadership on various industry topics
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and quantitative exhibits for clients and third parties
  • Networking and building internal relationships with members of the BT team and other FTI Consulting service areas
