About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to join our delivery practice on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Lead and manage large technology-based programs, taking ownership and overseeing the program through to completion.
  • Client Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.
  • Program Management: Manage projects and programs using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Implement rigorous program management and control disciplines to ensure transparency in reporting and all communications.
Requirements
  • Experience: A successful track record of delivery managing multiple large programs for blue chip clients.
  • Qualifications: Project Management qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
  • Team Management: Natural team-building skills, having managed a team of professionals.
