About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager to lead our supply chain transformation programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering targeted benefits and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple workstreams to deliver targeted benefits
  • Lead the Moorebank program as a Program Manager, delivering two new automated distribution centres
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of the program, including schedule, budget, team development, and quality
  • Manage the critical path, ensuring interdependencies, issue escalation, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain correct governance and assurance, complying with the Woolworths project management framework
  • Own the business case, ensuring scope and targeted benefits are reflected, and targeted outcomes are delivered
  • Report progress, preparing and presenting program updates to senior stakeholders
  • Partner with business leaders to align the program strategy, contributing to key business planning
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale transformational projects in complex organisations
  • At least 10 years of program management experience, ideally in a supply chain, transport, automation, or manufacturing environment
  • Depth of experience in program or project delivery, including managing end-to-end commissioning and transition activities
  • Strong financial competence and previous success in delivering projects with capex budgets exceeding $20 million
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting updates to senior executive forums
  • Previous experience forging connections and positive relationships with senior leaders, colleagues, and associates
