We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our operations by providing effective administration, coordination, and client support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ACS Portal, resolving client requests in a timely and accurate manner, and maintaining proactive communication with both clients and the operations team. You will oversee administrative processes, compile and analyze service data to identify areas for improvement, and generate reports to enhance service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Manage daily coordination activities to ensure consistent and quality services outcomes across our client base.">
  3. Act as the key user of Lucidity from an Operations perspective, ensuring client requests are logged and followed through.">
  4. Prepare and collate monthly reporting, analyzing trends and delivering insights to improve team efficiency and client services.">
  5. Ensure compliance requirements are tracked and managed accordingly, including staff and subcontractors.">

What We're Looking For

You don't need to have extensive industry experience, but you do need a sharp eye, personable approach, and a love for delivering the highest standard of customer service in everything you do. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline/experience.">
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an administration, operations coordination, or customer service role.">
  • Strong relationship building and management skills.">
  • Familiarity with client service systems, the Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, and Lucidity.">
  • A proactive communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and solve problems.">
