Job Title: Premium Client Manager

As a senior client advocate, you will be responsible for managing our largest enterprise clients.

These clients receive premium support, proactive communication, and strategic planning to ensure their success. Your role will involve building strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, support, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business objectives and articulate the value of our solutions.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal personnel.">
  • Present customer reviews to executive business owners and technical contacts.">
  • Monitor service renewals and expirations to avoid disruption.">
  • Communicate changes impacting services to customers.">
  • Provide escalation management techniques and communicate ongoing status to stakeholders.">
