Job Summary
The role of a Client Solutions Consultant is to be the first point of contact for clients and serve as the connection to our customer service delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering all calls and assisting clients where possible to minimize phone traffic to sites;
- Achieving a KPI of 60 handled calls per day;
- Liaising with sites and various team members;
- Documenting and filing information in our systems;
- Providing advocacy and information about our services, connecting both clients and the wider community.
Essential Attributes and Skills:
- Exceptional customer focus with strong interpersonal and conflict management skills;
- Ability to communicate, connect and build rapport with clients;
- Ability to provide helpful solutions with a friendly demeanor;
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve customer service requirements and targets;
- Sound telecommunication skills;
- Experience keying and sourcing data into and from databases;
- Willingness to work in a structured environment with clear guidelines and procedures;
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory Police Clearance and a Working with Children's Check.
Working Environment:
This position requires working in a fast-paced contact centre environment with regular exposure to client interactions and team collaboration.
