Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Professional to manage a portfolio of claims and provide technical expertise on claims strategies and management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a select portfolio of claims, including income protection, total and permanent disability, and trauma.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor claims professionals to develop the team's skills and capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process enhancements, upholding industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior claims consultant in life insurance or a high-performing claims professional managing end-to-end retail insurance claims.
  • Expertise in managing multiple policies and customers, resolving complaints, and reviewing disputed claim decisions.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring claims professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and process improvements.
