Insurance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader with expertise in life insurance claims to drive our insurance operations forward. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, industry experts, and cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

This role plays a pivotal part in setting the direction and delivering strategic objectives across our business for Insurance operations team. The Technical Claims Manager will leverage their expertise in claims handling to support transformation projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' leadership experience in Life Insurance operations within large, complex organisations with a strong background in claims and/or underwriting in Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement initiatives across insurance operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement best practice claims handling with a focus on improved outcomes and reduced duration.
  • Partner with industry peers to strengthen our insurance capability and reputation as a thought leader.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and embed strong risk management practices.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions.
