About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Manage a team of 3 marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their competency aligns with future business growth objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of Graphic Designers and Social/Digital Media specialists to meet company objectives
  • Communicate project status to senior management and collaborate with the leadership team to improve processes and find deficiencies in workflow, communication, and quality
  • Create marketing packs for every range and coordinate photo shoots, managing all logistics around this
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, display advertising, and paid search) and manage other marketing initiatives, such as for local and global trade shows
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a graphic design/marketing or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in digital marketing
  • Experience in Shopify and Word Press site management would be advantageous
  • A team player who can cross-collaborate well
  • Willingness to get amongst the weeds and get your hands dirty
  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make suitable recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
