Key Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to support our People and Culture team in delivering HR generalist services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effective administration, general HR advice, and customer service support across the People and Culture function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all general HR enquiries, researching and responding promptly.
  • Support the administrative processes for all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, probation reviews, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of company people records, information, and databases.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to strengthen HR processes and activities.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new starters, generating and reviewing employment contracts, and undertaking induction and orientation sessions.
  • Administer probationary reviews, performance development reviews, and offboarding processes.
  • Act as liaison for payroll activities and maintain accuracy and availability of information.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, templates, and other relevant documentation associated with HR systems and processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with P&C team members, managers, employees, and external organisations.

  • Progress toward or completion of a Degree or formal qualifications in HR, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative environment.
  • High level customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to use initiative, investigate issues, and make recommendations.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality with a demonstrated ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainty, change, and ambiguity.
  • Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency using the MS Office suite.
