We are seeking a Senior HR Professional to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services, including recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, payroll and remuneration, HR analytics, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Generalist
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the organization on all HR matters, including policy development, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives, improve employee engagement, and drive organizational performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and advise on best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations principles.
  • Security Clearance
  • Australian citizenship is required for this role.
