About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function supporting the Sustainment & Modernisation Operating Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to provide expert advice and coaching on people-related matters, driving business success.

The ideal candidate will have a generalist HR background, with broad experience across employment relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation. Strong analytical and forward-thinking skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and coaching on people-related matters to leaders and stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of HR projects in line with the Operating Unit's priorities and the HR Functional plan
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive business success and improve workplace culture
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. human resources, industrial relations)
  • Proven track record in a generalist HR role, with experience across employment relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation
  • Strong analytical and forward-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders
