Exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to work closely with the Director of HR for a boutique healthcare provider. Our client is multi-site, with facilities across NSW and a culture that offers premium services with a strong customer service focus.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this HRBP position will see you work across the employee lifecycle within an organisation of around 1000 employees, partnering with front-line leaders. You will work operationally with all levels of staff, within the healthcare facilities as well as the corporate office. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a number of HR projects to streamline and uplift processes and cyclical HR initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will have solid experience in an HR BP role where stakeholder influencing was a key focus. You will enjoy working in a hands-on, operational role and also enjoy the administration required. Ideally, you will come from healthcare, blue-collar, hospitality, services, or related industries. You will have strong ER experience, autonomously managing people matters to resolution, and strength in People & Culture policy interpretation, administration, and process improvement. You will be able to work in a broad varied generalist role, with exceptional organisational and time-management skills and attention to detail.
