About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Strategic Growth Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our property portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, real estate agents, government bodies, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and negotiate terms for potential property acquisitions, joint ventures, or new development projects.
- Oversee property development projects from concept through to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Work closely with our finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for new business ventures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, real estate, or business development within the Melbourne market.
- Strong knowledge of the Melbourne real estate landscape, property market trends, and local regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Proven ability to manage relationships and close deals.
