Unlock New Horizons as a Growth Engineer

This role is part of a dedicated growth squad where engineering, design, product, and marketing collaborate daily to build, test, and optimize the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will own frontend delivery across high-impact growth experiments, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and builder funnel.
Key responsibilities include developing and iterating on top-of-funnel experiences, building frontend experiments focused on usability, performance, and conversion, and participating in customer discovery and bringing insights back into design and development.
A successful candidate will have commercial product engineering experience, experience in growth, A/B testing, or experimentation-driven work, proficiency in Vue.js (or React), solid fundamentals in frontend architecture, and a bias for shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
The team thrives on fast feedback and measurable impact, with a low-ego environment where engineers have a seat at the table.
In this role, you will be working within a tight-knit team where collaboration and open communication are highly valued. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality frontend solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.
As a Customer Journey Builder, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
