**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at allocated schools
* Provide an exceptional candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff
* Work closely with our compliance and resourcing teams to develop effective candidate attraction strategies
* Interview candidates for all roles within allocated schools
* Coordinate day-to-day bookings for schools
* Effectively source candidates for long-term bookings
* Regularly meet with clients on site to develop and strengthen relationships
* Collaborate with our partnership agencies to ensure school requirements are met
* Continuously build and maintain the staff bank for allocated schools

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Proven experience in account management or recruitment consulting
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to network
* Motivation and drive to succeed and grow with the company
