About the Role
TasWater is seeking a highly experienced Digital Experience Manager to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our Digital Experience team, aligning with our vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure and operations, digital applications, and service centre to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage TasWater's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, storage, and other assets, to enhance its efficiency and reliability to meet business needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive value and innovation.
- Manage capability and expertise to enhance the delivery of digital and technology operational services and solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Operations or a related field.
- Demonstrated senior-level leadership experience in IT service/operations management in large, complex organisations.
- Proven technical expertise in ICT operations and project management within regulated environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on business outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage with stakeholders.
