About the Opportunity:

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to improve crop production, resilience, and sustainability. You will also conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development in conjunction with key suppliers, and work collaboratively with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region
  • Provide superior agronomic advice and inputs to improve crop production, resilience, and sustainability
  • Conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for Australian agriculture and a solid understanding of products and production systems. You will also have:

  • Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application
  • A minimum 2-3 years of experience building enduring and successful partnerships with customers, delivering appropriate agronomic advice and services
  • A history of success in executing sales outcomes using your specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products and application
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
