- Experience in resource management or supply and demand management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand staff needs and goals.
- Ability to create diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
- Skills in optimizing business performance through solutions, insights, and expectation management.
- Personal leadership, presence, vitality, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
