Job Description

We are seeking a Workforce Relations Strategist to provide leadership and strategic direction in workforce planning, change management, and employee relations for major projects.

The role will report to the Executive Director People & Culture and be responsible for implementing workforce priorities that optimise project success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the workforce strategy for major projects, such as hospital redevelopments or organisational redesigns.

  • Provide expert technical advice and services on workforce relations at a senior level, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Business, or other relevant fields. Alternatively, they will have significant professional experience in human resources management at a senior level in a large diverse service industry organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of workplace relations legislation and regulations.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing workforce strategies and plans.
