The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced professional to connect people to experiences that enrich lives and careers of our professionals. This role is based in Sydney, working as part of a broader Oceania team. As our Human Capital Strategist, you'll apply strategic resource planning across various engagements for our Australian practice and work closely with the business to ensure staffing needs are met.
Your Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Manage key relationships within and across the organization.
- Opportunity and Demand: Collaborate with engagement managers to allocate resources, challenge hours, and manage engagement timing and flexibility.
- Resource Management: Manage available resources, understand their capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities and resolve conflicts.
- Resource Optimization: Highlight team capabilities to optimize performance and meet engagement metrics.
- Experience with resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services.
- Ability to understand the business and learn the skills, needs, and goals of our people.
- Ability to create diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
- Skills in optimizing business performance through solutions, insights, and expectation management.
- Personal leadership, presence, vitality, and agility.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis with high accuracy.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
