The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced professional to connect people to experiences that enrich lives and careers of our professionals. This role is based in Sydney, working as part of a broader Oceania team. As our Human Capital Strategist, you'll apply strategic resource planning across various engagements for our Australian practice and work closely with the business to ensure staffing needs are met.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Manage key relationships within and across the organization.
  2. Opportunity and Demand: Collaborate with engagement managers to allocate resources, challenge hours, and manage engagement timing and flexibility.
  3. Resource Management: Manage available resources, understand their capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities and resolve conflicts.
  4. Resource Optimization: Highlight team capabilities to optimize performance and meet engagement metrics.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis with high accuracy.
